Harry Gration
BBC Look North’s Harry Gration became a Patron of the Dickie Bird Foundation in November 2006.
Rugby league fans will know him will as the face of the Super League Show, but cricket is also one of Harry’s greatest loves and this year he served as President of the world-famous Scarborough Cricket Festival.  
Sir Rodney Walker

Sir Rodney Walker, Chairman of World Snooker and Goals Soccer Centres, has become a Patron of the Dickie Bird Foundation. 
Sir Rodney, also a past Chairman of UK Sport, the Rugby Football League, the Manchester Commonwealth Games and Wembley National Stadium, is already very well known for his considerable charity work and was knighted in 1996 for his services to sport.

Michael Parkinson C.B.E

Michael Parkinson has been a lifelong friend of Dickie Bird. Michael was born in 1935 in Cudworth, near Barnsley, and was educated at Barnsley Grammar School.

Sir Bobby Robson

Sir Bobby Robson was born February 1933 in Sacriston, County Durham and then moved to Langley Park.

In 1950 he joined Fulham where he made 152 appearances, scoring 68 goals before moving to West Brom scoring 56 goals in 239 games.
