Please download and complete and return to the address given in the guidelines.  Please read the information provided carefully and enure you give honest information.

Please remember the following points:

*  WE ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS (WE DO NOT ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM SCHOOLS, GROUPS AND ASSOCIATIONS).

*  YOU MUST BE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION.

*  WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS ON THE OFFICAL GRANT APPLICATION FORM.

All Grant Applications are discussed at the Trustees Meeting, your Application should arrive 15 days before a Trustees meeting see the table below.  Trustee meetings dates for 2008 will be held in February, April, June, August, October, December.
